When you simply browse this site: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies or track you across other websites. It shows us only aggregate, anonymous traffic patterns (such as page views and general region) and does not identify you.
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, or in person: we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, where you work, your preferred move-in date, and room preference.
If you move in: a valid photo ID, a short information form, and any tenant/police verification details required under local regulations, as needed to provide accommodation lawfully.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a viewing, manage your booking and stay, and meet our legal obligations. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary to provide the service (for example, our on-site staff) or where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details (name, phone, preferences) for up to 12 months. If you become a resident, we keep your records for the period of your stay plus any time required by law, after which the information is deleted or anonymised. ID and verification documents are stored securely with restricted access.

Your rights under the DPDP Act
