By using this website or booking a stay with Sharda Atithi Grah, you agree to the terms below. We may update listings, pricing bands and policies from time to time.

1. What we offer

Sharda Atithi Grah provides furnished paying-guest accommodation at an owner-managed residence at Khasra No. 29, Dallupura, Opposite Primary School, Sector 166, Noida 201305. The room categories, inclusions and pricing shown on this site are indicative; current availability and rates are confirmed on WhatsApp or by phone.

2. Bookings & payments

• A booking is confirmed only after the security deposit and the advance rent are paid. For cooler rooms this is one month's rent plus a ₹5,000 deposit; for AC rooms it is two months' rent in advance plus an ₹8,000 deposit.
• Rent is payable in advance on the due date each month.
• The package you select applies for an initial 11 months and is reviewed thereafter. A package once selected is not changed mid-term.
• Optional meals and any add-ons are charged separately as agreed.

3. Electricity & usage

WiFi, power backup, RO water, common-area electricity and maintenance are included in the rent. Electricity used in your room is billed by meter at ₹12 per unit. In a double-sharing room the metered charge is split between occupants. No concession is given for non-use of the room.

4. Resident responsibilities

• Provide a valid government photo ID, a completed information form, and any tenant/police verification details required by local regulations before check-in.
• Follow the house rules: no smoking, no alcohol parties, and no pan, pan masala or gutka on the premises; maintain respectful co-living.
• Any damage to fixtures or loss of inventory is chargeable and may be adjusted against the security deposit.
• One free room cleaning is provided each month; additional cleaning is ₹150 per visit with a minimum 7-day gap (supplies provided).

5. Notice & deposit refund

A minimum of 15 days' notice is required from either side to vacate. If shorter notice is given, an amount equal to 15 days' rent is payable. The security deposit is refundable after settling any dues or charges; if the room is vacated within 3 months, ₹1,000 is deducted from the deposit.

6. Use of this website

• The photographs, text, pricing tables and design on this site belong to Sharda Atithi Grah. Please do not copy or redistribute them without permission.
• Do not attempt to misuse, probe or disrupt the site.
• External links (for example, Google Maps) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for external content.
• The site is served through Cloudflare for security and performance, which may process limited technical information (such as approximate location and security signals) to protect the service. This is used only for security, not marketing.

7. Limitation of liability

We aim to keep information accurate, but availability, pricing and policies may change. Sharda Atithi Grah is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on this website. Liability relating to accommodation services is limited to the amount paid for the current billing cycle.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh.
